The shopping mall spans four levels, featuring 67 stores, multiple dining venues, and a central food court at the heart of the complex. The Mama Shelter hotel, positioned above, offers 125 guest rooms. The complex also includes 3 underground parking levels with 450 spaces.

With a modern design that honors the historical essence of neighboring buildings, the complex combines concrete and steel construction with a granite stone coating and glass facade. Situated on a site of historical significance, with remnants of Roman structures from the first century AD, the area is designated for preservation. This required meticulous planning and execution by the project teams to ensure compliance with preservation guidelines.
