The office building is located in the heart of Bucharest, between Calea Victoriei and Universitatii Square, surrounded by government offices, hotels, and restaurants.
Completed in 2008, the modern structure features a mixed facade of stone finishing and modern glazing, with a ground floor hosting cafes, restaurants, and a theater. Each floor spans about 800 sqm, with upper floors offering balconies. The building also includes paid parking at street level and additional spaces in nearby streets.
