The new residential complex is currently under development and construction (works began in 2026) and will include two 3 and 4 stories buildings. The project is being executed in two phases: Phase 1 includes the construction of 71 residential units, and Phase 2 will add another 78 units.
Designed by the DCM Architects and built to the highest quality by the CCR construction company, in line with European standards. The complex will offer thermal and acoustic insulation, and underground parking facilities for the residents' convenience. The building facades feature elegant cladding, and all apartments come fully equipped with built-in wardrobes, air conditioning, and kitchen appliances.
